Robin Balsam has been in private practice since 1984 and has over 40 years of experience. She is an assertive litigator with extensive experience in highly contested probates, will contests, uncovering and pursuing perpetrators of fiduciary fraud and elder abuse, complicated guardianships, trusts, estates, and other related matters.  Ms. Balsam has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  She was initially selected as a SuperLawyer in 2011, and has been selected again each year from 2015 through the present.. She is a current Pro Tem Court Commissioner and former Pro Tem Judge for Pierce County Superior Court.. Jeff organized the national event celebrating the Centennial Year of the Doberman Pinscher in the United States in 2008.  The Centennial Committee, which he formed and led, flew living World War II Marine War Dog Handlers from the South Pacific campaign to Topeka, Kansas for a special ceremony at which they were honored.  The highlight of the evening was the signing by national working dog organizations of a document Jeff drafted entitled "Convention on Cooperation Among America's Working Dog Organizations," which was signed with the formalities of a treaty-signing ceremony.  Following the signing, the Convenvtion on Cooperation was handed to the Deputy Director for the Office of Bombing Prevention with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, who was in attendance..
