Mr. Feller completed law school and obtained his license to practice law in Washington State in 2002, and he eventually went to work for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries before entering private practice to represent injured workers.  Mr. Feller focuses on Washington State workers' compensation claims (industrial insurance) cases; both state fund and self-insured claims, and he has represented injured workers before the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, and in Washington State Superior Courts and beyond. Mr. Feller's work experience, both at the Department and in private practice, gives him unique and valuable knowledge and insight into the workers' compensation system in Washington State. Mr. Feller is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and he is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  Mr. Feller opened his own law firm years ago because of his passion for helping injured workers in Washington.

Attorney James C. Bates  graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and has focused on the estate planning and elder law field for over a decade. He recently appeared before the Ohio Supreme Court challenging the State’s collections practices with regard to estate recovery and wrote an article on the topic for the OSBA “Law You Can Use” series.. Jim is the author of “The Basics of Trust Planning” published in the 2010 Ohio Bar Association Elder Law Handbook. He often speaks on estate planning and elder law topics to both community and professional groups.. He is an Accredited Attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Jim is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Ohio Chapter of NAELA, the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section and the Elder Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association and the Medina County Bar Association.
