I am a native Arizonan (yes, those exist), and returned to Arizona to practice law after graduating from Brigham Young University. My wife and I raised our five children here. I have spent my 25 years as an attorney representing people who have been wrongfully injured in automobile collisions. I have also tried to serve those clients by being involved in orgainzations protecting their rights in the legislature, principally the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, where I have served as president.. I have a "side" mission of trying to help lawyers and other professsionals make healthier lifestyle choices.
