Born and raised in Oregon, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from Linfield College and headed east to obtain her Doctorate of Jurisprudence at Regent University School of Law in Virginia. While at Regent, she was a member of the Moot Court Board, participated in Moot Court competitions, and was honored as a quarter finalist at the ELON national competition.
