Bill represents business and management clients in a broad range of employment and commercial matters.  He concentrates on the defense of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, and wage & hour claims (including collective and class actions). He provides training on a variety of employment law topics, investigates workplace issues and complaints, and ensures compliance with state and federal requirements. He also regularly represents business and management clients in matters involving trade secrets, employee disloyalty and theft, shareholder oppression claims, independent contractor issues, partnership disputes, fraud and defamation claims, privacy issues, and non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. Krilla graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Studies and Computer Applications.  She went on to the Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, where she was a managing editor of the Law Record, a Dean's Merit Scholar, and the recipient of numerous awards, including the Thomas L. Yaccarino Scholarship and the Stuart Sawyer Memorial Award.. Prior to joining New Jersey business firm Reardon Anderson, LLC, Allison served as a clerk in the Superior Court of Monmouth County.  During this time, she gained experience handling cases involving complex civil litigation, insurance issues, and contractual disputes..
