Mr. Simon has been an attorney with Lederer, Nojima, Tagliaferro, & LoPresti LLP since November of 2005.  He had been with the firm as a law clerk since May of 2003.  Mr. Simon is an active member of both the Los Angeles County Bar and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He is also an active member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys Organization of California.. Mr. Simon was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He graduated number three in his high school class in 1998, and earned several academic scholarships to attend The George Washington University in Washington D.C.  Mr. Simon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from George Washington in 2002.  He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California in 2005.  Mr. Simon also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine Institute of Dispute Resolution in 2005..
