My approach to criminal defense: I defend every client the way I would want to be defended if I found myself charged with crime. Ms. Admans interned at both private real estate firms and New York City agencies involved in construction, real estate and environmental remediation over the course of her three years at NYLS.. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the South Bay Bar Association and member of the Litigation, Solo & Small Firm, and Trust & Estates Sections of the California State Bar Association.. During her free time, Ms. Admans enjoys going to the gym, doing yoga, spinning, reading crime thrillers, and spending time with her family.

Mr. Simon is experienced in all facets of litigation.  He has taken cases from inception through verdict.  He has represented hundred of clients.  Prior to his employment with Lederer, Nojima, Tagliaferro, & LoPresti, LLP, Mr. Simon worked as a paralegal with Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C. concentrating on insurance litigation. Mr. Simon has been an attorney with Lederer, Nojima, Tagliaferro, & LoPresti LLP since November of 2005.  He had been with the firm as a law clerk since May of 2003.  Mr. Simon is an active member of both the Los Angeles County Bar and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. He is also an active member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys Organization of California.. Mr. Simon was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He graduated number three in his high school class in 1998, and earned several academic scholarships to attend The George Washington University in Washington D.C.  Mr. Simon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from George Washington in 2002.  He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California in 2005.  Mr. Simon also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine Institute of Dispute Resolution in 2005.. He has a twin brother, Brad, who also practices law, and has 3 other sibilings, Brandon, Nicole, and Julie.  In his spare time he enjoys working out and playing amateur baseball
