I am a past-president of the Friends of the Traverse Area District Library and an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Michigan. Further, I have been an active member of the Traverse Bay Sunrise Rotary Club since 2006, serving on its Board of Directors from 2008-2011..
