I was admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1996. I was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Vermont in 1998. I was admitted to practice before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals in 2010.. I am a lifelong resident of Rensselaer County, and my wife, kids and I currently reside in Poestenkill. I am an active in my church and area youth sports, coaching Little League.
