Kathryn Lynn Whitehead (Lynn) is a 1995 graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and socio legal studies.  She received her juris doctor in 2005 from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.. After passing the Florida Bar in 2006, she joined U.S. Bank National Association's Corporate Trust Group working on corporate and municipal finance transactions.   Ms. Whitehead worked exclusively with the Auction Rate Security Product and was a member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) model auction procedures taskforce..
