She is admitted in the US District Court, District of New Mexico, and is a member of the American Bar Association.. Chris is a member of the Bankruptcy section of the State Bar of New Mexico where he practices primarily in bankruptcy representing individual and small business debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases.. Chris is admitted in the State Bar of New Mexico and the US District Court, District of New Mexico, and holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Albuquerque Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.. He also served in the US Air Force, 1990 – 1994.. Chris is also a husband and a father of two girls.  When not spending time with his family he plays computer, console, and table-top games.  He also likes to read, fly fish, camp, and play guitar.

Ashley was born and raised in New Mexico and attended the University of New Mexico where she earned her B.S. in Biochemistry with honors. A summa cum laude graduate from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Ashley clerked for the Department of Justice Office of International Affairs, Canada and English Speaking Carribean Team. She also clerked for a solo practitioner while in law school, where she developed a passion and dedication to client service and compassion.. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, reading, playing console games, spending time with her friends and family, and she is currently working on getting her recreational pilot's license.
