Nancy Giles has been practicing since 2000 in commercial litigation, with areas of practice including contract law, construction defects, intellectual property, securities fraud, and insurance. She handles all aspects of litigation from initiation through resolution, including advising clients, reviewing and managing documents and tight deadlines, conducting extensive and complex legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and research memoranda, conducting extensive document revisions and editing, conducting discovery and depositions, appearing and litigating in court, conducting administrative hearings, executing and collecting on judgments, negotiating and drafting complex settlements, and conducting trial.. Nancy is a 1999 graduate of the James E. Rogers University of Arizona College of Law, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class was was a member of the Arizona Law Review. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona, and a bachelor of arts from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.

For more than two decades, Paul has represented clients in high-stakes and hotly contested complex and commercial litigation.  Paul has represented plaintiffs and defendants in virtually all types of complex litigation matters, including data privacy and security, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, contract, securities fraud, officer and director liability, racketeering, intellectual property, and antitrust cases.  In that role, Paul has acted as lead, assistant, and steering committee counsel in state and national class actions and MDLs in State and Federal courts in Arizona and around the country.. Paul is fluent in effective legal technology for the better and more efficient representation of clients.  He serves on the Firm’s IT and IT Security Committees and heads up the Firm’s data privacy and security team.  Paul is a frequent speaker, author, and commentator on data privacy and security issues.. Paul is currently a member of the Arizona State Bar Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, the State Bar Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee, and the State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee.  He has also been a Judge Pro Tempore of the Maricopa County Superior Court since 2006 and has served as a court-appointed settlement judge and neutral for dozens of cases.

Dom focuses his practice in the areas of business law & transactions, securities, and franchising.  His experience includes mergers and acquisitions work, including due diligence and drafting disclosure schedules and other transaction documents; forming business entities in various states; drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies; drafting consents and certificates of authority; reviewing and drafting commercial loan documents; drafting and revising private placement memoranda; preparing various Securities Exchange Commission filings; and other legal matters concerning the firm’s transactional practice.. Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Dom attended Duke University where he graduated with the degrees of Juris Doctor from the School of Law and Master of Arts in Philosophy from the Graduate School.  Dom’s law school experience included externships with the Federal Election Commission’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C., where he assisted the Complaints Examination and Legal Administration group in responding to new complaints in connection with federal elections, and as a summer law clerk for Chief Judge Raner C. Collins and Bankruptcy Judge Brenda M. Whinery in Tucson, AZ, where he conducted legal research and prepared memoranda for the judges and judges’ clerks.  During law school, Dom served as an Executive Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and as a staff editor for the Duke Law and Technology Review.  He also worked for Duke Athletics as a tutor for student athletes and as a mentor to freshman football players.. Dom is an alumnus of The University of Arizona and its Honors College, where he received the degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing, from the Eller College of Management.  He is a native Arizonan and grew up in Tucson.
