I provide daily advice and assistance to school districts throughout the state on matters as varied as student disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, contract reviews, student records requests, governing board liability and open meeting issues.  I represent and defend educational institutions in administrative and court proceedings. I have defended school districts in election law challenges, including successfully defending a challenge to an override election before the Arizona Supreme Court.. -.
