We understand the challenges facing employees when they seek just wages, when they experience wrongful termination or discrimination at work. We know the difficulties when consumers seek compensation for injuries from accidents or when policyholders claim insurance benefits.. For more than two decades, our law firm has protected the rights of employees and consumers. Our consistent record of winning results speak of how we worked to make a difference in the lives of clients and their families.. Helping our clients means freeing them from the burden of paying out-of-pocket costs to bring their case in court. Our legal system in reality requires the readiness to use considerable resources to obtain the evidence necessary to win. In fighting for their rights in court, we take that responsibility ourselves. Our clients do not pay us until we win or recover compensation as a result of our work.. Our legal system is adversarial. One party seeks to recover from the other who naturally opposes that party’s claim. Protecting our clients thus means fighting for them tirelessly, recognizing that employees and consumers do not get what they deserve. They get what they fight for!. Throughout these years, we accomplished much for our clients. With their trust on us, we will continue to do more.
We each spent over a decade defending private and government employers in labor and employment matters. In 2020, we launched Arin | James LLP to bring our talents to the side of the employees. Contact us for a free consultation.

Ruben Limonjyan’s passion for the employment law field started while still in law school. Ruben clerked at a boutique Plaintiff’s employment law firm in Beverly Hills during the entire latter half of his law school career. Ruben took a heavy liking to this area of the law and took plethora of labor and employment law classes while still in law school.. After seeing the difficulties so many employees dealt with at the hands of their employers, he devoted his career to it.After taking the California Bar exam, Ruben continued his post-bar legal career at NBC Universal Media LLC’s employment law group. It was there that he learned about the strategies and tactics commonly used by corporate defense attorneys. During his time there he, among other things, conducted legal research and trainings aimed at human resources managers on various novel legal issues, helped update harassment and discrimination policies used in training sessions with cast and crew, as well as prepare due diligence analyses for corporate takeovers.. He later joined a boutique plaintiff employment firm in Downtown Los Angeles, where he gained experience as a litigator for employees who had faced mistreatment at work. During his time there, Ruben had taken and defended countless depositions and made numerous court appearances as well as arguments during motion hearings, which ultimately resulted in settlements of dozens of cases, often above the expected market value.. After gaining significant experience in employment law from both sides of the field, Ruben founded Limonjyan Law Group, APC, where he could focus exclusively on employment law and catastrophic workers’ compensation cases and provide the type of services to his clients that they deserve.. The struggles you face are as unfair as they are emotionally draining, and attorney Ruben Limonjyan is here to stand with you to fight for your rights.
