I participated in trial advocacy, the student division of the State Bar Association, the legal fraternity Delta Theta Phi and continued barrel racing and competing competitively throughout my three years of law school. I began working in the Cooke County District Attorney’s Office during my second year of law school. As a third year law student, I obtained certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation..
