Since graduating law school, I have practiced workers' compensation law and advocated exclusively on behalf of injured employees, never representing insurance companies in these matters.. My partner, Stephen Godwin, and I are committed to giving each case we accept our complete attention, without outsourcing any work to other attorneys.  That means we don't employ contract attorney to work on our cases, attend depositions and hearing.  We handle our cases ourselves.. On a personal note, I have 3 kids and even 1 grandkid.

Brett attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 2010. He then later received his J.D. from the University of Glendale College of Law in 2018.. In his free time, Brett loves being around family and friends, and rooting for his favorite sports teams: the Lakers, Dodgers, and Rams. Brett also likes going to the beach, golfing, playing basketball, and enjoying many other outdoor activities..
