Ryan M. McGill was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts in 1973.  He is married and has two daughters.  He and his family reside in Narragansett, Rhode Island.  Attorney McGill received his undergraduate degree from The University of Rhode Island in 1996 and his Juris Doctorate from St. Johns University School of Law in 2000.  He was a principal of the firm McGill Law LLP prior to joining the firm.  He is actively involved in the community in numerous capacities.. Michael Brady spent 20 years in law enforcement including 11 years as Chief of Police, and his extensive investigative background in police work provides him with a unique perspective in case evaluation.. Mr. Brady began his legal career after retiring from law enforcement in 1998 and has been in private practice since 2003. He regularly practices in the areas of DUI/DWI/drunk driving, personal injury claims, criminal defense, motor vehicle offenses, contracts, wills, and trusts. He regularly handles matters before the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal, District Court, and Superior Court. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.. Mr. Brady earned his J.D. from New England School of Law. He is a member of the Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Federal Bar associations. He also holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.

Although I started my law career in litigation in 1996, I found my passion in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Real Estate Law. Establishing my own practice in 2002 allowed me to focus on these areas of practice and hone my skills. It has always been my goal to provide my clients with the personal attention they deserve and the experience they need. I pride myself on my ability to explain complex legal issues in terms that everyone can understand. In recent years, I have further focused my practice on helping seniors protect their home and life savings from the high cost of long term care and nursing home expenses. This can be achieved through both pro-active and crisis planning strategies. I am a native Rhode Islander and currently reside in South Kingston with my Wife, Sherry and our four children. I attended La Salle Academy and earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Clark University. Having graduated from law school in 1996, I am a member of the inaugural class of Roger Williams University School of Law. I am admitted to the practice of law in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as the United States District Court for Rhode Island.. As an elder law attorney, I provide compassionate and valuable advice when considering the best ways for clients to preserve their home and hard earned assets from the high cost of nursing home care.  I am committed to providing my clients with practical and informed solutions to all of the challenges.  I do this by using plain English to explain sometimes complex legal issues.
