Jerome C. Pandell joined the Firm in September 2008.  He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of California.  A 2008 graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Jerome served as co-chairman of the Moot Court Board and was Executive Editor of the Hastings Communications & Entertainment Law Journal (Comm/Ent).  As a moot court competitor, he won numerous awards for his brief writing and oral advocacy skills.  Notably, he received Best Brief awards at the 2006 John Marshall International Information Technology & Privacy Law and 2008 Tulane University Mardi Gras Sports Law competitions.  During his third year, Jerome received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for his performance in the Seminar on the Judicial Process.  Jerome also completed a federal judicial externship in fall 2007 for the Honorable Martin J.
