The majority of my practice is focused on juvenile law. I am very dedicated and compassionate about representing parent's rights in juvenile court. I am also a parent. When the system accuses a parent of abuse, it is an extremely serious accusation. Such an accusation must be handled with earnest, intelligence, and good advice. I have devoted a majority of my entire career on this area of law. Recently, I had a case reversed in the First District Court of Appeal by a unanimous decision.  I wrote the appeal and presented oral argument to the court.  The court was convinced.  I believe in hard work and good client contact.

I am a proud father of 4 great children, all productive members of society. I enjoy horseback riding my three horses, which I keep on my horse property in Walnut Creek. Jesse S. Gill is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Johnson and Johnson. David Simon attended UC Davis, majoring in both International Relations and Economics and graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He then left Heller Ehrman to work as the General Counsel of an airline company.
