When I moved to the Boston area in 1994, I got involved with the whole start-up tech company scene, lots of business formation, venture capital financing and fast growing companies. Since the bubble burst, I have re-oriented my practice closer to its origins - focusing on business purchase and sale, internal business succession to junior employees and internal succession among existing owners.
