2005, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009.
In law school, Brendan garnered "Best Oralist" honors as Moot Court
Board member and competed at the prestigious National Entertainment Law
Competition in Malibu, California. He also interned with the Wisconsin
Employment Relations Commission ("WERC") and clerked for two years at
the Madison law firm of Gingras, Cates & Luebke, S.C. Additionally,
Brendan worked for the Sheboygan County District Attorney's Office
(performing the same duties as an Assistant District Attorney under the
Supreme Court's Student Practice Rule). He was even awarded the
Sheboygan Police Department's Citizen's Distinguished Service Award for
"courageous acts of bravery to aid and assist law enforcement," as a
result of having rescued a drowning girl in Lake Michigan. As member of
the Wisconsin Bar Association, Brendan is focusing his efforts on
defending law enforcement personnel in criminal investigations,
disciplinary appeals, citizen complaints, and general civil litigation.
