Mr. Richmond concentrates his practice in civil litigation in state and federal courts, with a strong emphasis on construction law issues, and complex business matters. Mr. Richmond also has ample experience handling matters in various ADR forums, including but not limited to, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, FINRA, and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. Mr. Richmond is also a Certified Mediator. Prior to founding Richmonds, Mr. Richmond was a civil litigator in the Boston office of a large international law firm based in New York City, and where he also leveraged his prior experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County, in representing clients of the firm in criminal matters. Today, Mr. Richmond continues to maintain a boutique criminal practice, in addition to his civil case load.
