My trusts & estate planning practice includes planning, probate administration & litigation such as will contests, trust disputes and defending & prosecuting breach of fiduciary duty claims. I have vast experience in general civil litigation included premises liability, motor vehicle tort and personal injury matters. I am a certified Conciliator through the BBA/MBA conciliator training program pursuant to SJC Court Rule 1:18.I am an member of the Women's Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association.. Ann Trehub is a graduate of Brandeis University and Suffolk University Law School.  Since her admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981, she has concentrated her practice in representing clients for injuries or death resulting from accidents.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial forming the Law Offices of Trehub and Houde with Attorney Steven Houde, Attorney Trehub practiced personal injury law for 30 years with the Law Offices of Thomas J.
