My clients consider me a passionate advocate and trusted advisor. I have a general practice, representing clients in business and corporate law, estate planning, probate, real estate, banktrupcy, and civil litigation.. I attended Drake University Law School where I was a member of the Drake Law Review and graduated with High Honors in 2007. I joined the firm in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2012. Recent honors include: Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015 and 2016, and AJI Top 10 Bankruptcy Attorney of Iowa for 2016.. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I am also a founding member of the Des Moines Curling Club, serve on the alumni advisory board for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity (Iowa Sigma chapter), and I am a small group leader and host at my church.

Attorney Matthew Bollman grew up and completed his undergraduate degree in Iowa before pursuing his legal degree at the University of Denver College of Law. After receiving his Juris Doctor, Matthew spent time in Seattle and Phoenix before ultimately returning to his home state, seeking the family-centric environment Iowa is famous for. He focuses his legal practice in estate planning, elder law, trust administration, and probate. Matthew is committed to helping Iowans understand their estate planning options, which is why he regularly leads educational seminars and lectures on various related subjects. He is a VA accredited attorney and has affiliations with ElderCounsel, WealthCounsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Iowa State Bar Association.
