I attended Drake University Law School where I was a member of the Drake Law Review and graduated with High Honors in 2007. I joined the firm in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2012. Recent honors include: Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015 and 2016, and AJI Top 10 Bankruptcy Attorney of Iowa for 2016.. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I am also a founding member of the Des Moines Curling Club, serve on the alumni advisory board for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity (Iowa Sigma chapter), and I am a small group leader and host at my church.

Emily was born and raised in the Des Moines area. She graduated from Drake University Law School in 2018 with High Honors, where she was a Junior Member of the Drake Law Review and Treasurer of the Moot Court Board. Emily found her love for Estate Planning and Elder Law while assisting low-income seniors with legal matters at the Drake Legal Clinic. Emily is now an attorney at Pearson Bollman Law, a law firm that specializes in Estate Planning and Elder Law.

Attorney Matthew Bollman grew up and completed his undergraduate degree in Iowa before pursuing his legal degree at the University of Denver College of Law.
