I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and educated at the University of Utah for my undergraduate degree and the University of Miami School of Law for my law degree.. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Utah and received her Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School. She graduated in the top ten percent of her class and as Cum Laud with an Order of the Quill distinction.. While attending Arizona Summit Law School, a private law school located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Rachael was distinguished from her classmates because of her notable research and analytical skills. Rachael received the Cali award, an award given to the highest grade in the class, in Worker’s Compensation. Rachael was hired by one of the largest legal research companies to assist other students and faculty members with legal research. She also had the opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure and Contracts as well as a Research Assistant for the Dean of Teaching and Learning at Arizona Summit Law School. Rachael moved back to Utah and was admitted to the State Bar. She joined the law firm of Allan & Easton in 2013 as a Criminal Defense and Personal Injury attorney.. Rachael has extensive experience with Personal Injury cases and currently litigates on behalf of clients. She has over 10 years of experience in dealing with cases ranging from automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip and falls. She protects the rights of people who are injured, through no fault of their own. Patrick was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.. Prior to attending the University of Toledo, Patrick served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Rosario, Argentina where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Upon returning from Argentina, Patrick attended the police academy in Cincinnati, Ohio and was subsequently hired as a patrol officer in Sylvania Township, Ohio.. Between 2009-2019, Patrick worked as a police officer and K9 handler for the Sylvania Township Police Department with a focus on narcotics enforcement and DUI apprehension and prosecution. He worked with K9 Speedy, who was a dual purpose K9, certified in both narcotics detection and criminal patrol functions. Patrick has received certificates in crisis intervention, SFSTs, ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, and the REID Interview Method. During his time as a police office, he has gained valuable experience reporting and investigating motor vehicle accidents, which allows him to quickly analyze the quality of many motor vehicle injury cases.. While working full-time as a police office, Patrick attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with certificates in both Criminal Law with Distinction and International Law. During his tenure at Toledo Law, he participated actively in moot court, attending the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and winning best oralist at the BFSU Wan Hui Da IP Moot Court Competition in Beijing, China. Patrick was an active member of the Toledo Law Review and received various academic achievements such as the Order of the Barrister and Order of the Coif.. During his study at Toledo Law, Patrick actively worked on cases for the Hispanic Community. He was one of the few Spanish Speaking lawyers in the area, helping Latino families navigate the juvenile court system and domestic relations court system in Toledo, Ohio. He continues to focus his practice with an emphasis on helping Latinos achieve equality and justice under all circumstances. His goal is to make sure that no one feels that justice is out of their reach!. I work very hard for my clients.  I am highly efficient.  I am respected in the community and this saves my clients money because I can get things done.  I encourage my clients to work with each other to find a resolution that they can live with.  My motto is "you can't burn the house down and then expect to live in it!"  So compromise is key to my law practice.  Still, I take cases to trial and win when the other side is not cooperating.  In short, I try to save money and do things through compromise until it comes to a point that negotiation has failed and "fighting" is necessary.  There is no better advocate in your corner.

I am the son of an immigrant who came to this country from Holland when he was 18 and was a good example of working hard and providing for his family. Growing up, I was no stranger to hard work and pulled weeds, babysat, threw multiple paper routes, dug sprinkler trenches, washed dishes, flipped burgers, made fries, played Chuck E. Cheese, worked in call centers, cleaned toilets, did tech support, crawled around hot attics in the summer spraying insulation, and spent two years going door-to-door sharing sharing the good news of the restored gospel for the LDS Church before I started law school.. I started practicing law in Utah 1997. In 2004, I started my own law practice and am now admitted to practice in Nevada and Idaho. From the very beginning, I have only represented real people who have been hurt through no fault of their own, whether that be in a car accident, trucking wreck, slip and fall, sexual assault or other injury case. While myself and my law partners will almost aways attempt to get insurance policy limits for our clients out of court, I'm personally energized when big insurance pushes back against our deserving clients because it gives me and the team the opportunity to litigate the case to extract maximum value for our clients. And when big insurance still refuses to pay fair value, you will find me being first chair at trial in advocating for my client in front of a jury.. Along the way, I continue to learn from others through seminars, books and workshops and find inspiration from other gifted lawyers who have studied trial techniques and have gotten real, impressive results from their client. I plan to be a student of law practice management and trial techniques throughout my life and will never stop trying to increase my skill set to continue to get my clients the best result possible..
