Thereafter, she was a paralegal for approximately 17 years for a local law firm. During that time she completed her undergrad studies and law school, while working full-time and studying in night classes. She received her BS in Psychology from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark. As an immigrant, she always had a passion to help immigrants through the complicated immigration system. She believes that each client should be treated with dignity and respect.
