As a sole practitioner, Mr. Gerney represents personal injury plaintiffs, unemployed workers, and victims of legal malpractice in both Pennsylvania and Ohio.  Mr. Gerney also represents Social Security disability applicants in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio..
