Mrs. McGrail is on the Board of the Elizabeth Township Area EMS, a nationally accredited emergency medical service for whom she acts as general legal counsel. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Center for Victims Inc., one of four centers for victims of violence in Allegheny County. She has served as President of the Board of Directors of Serra Catholic High School and is founder and past-president of the Serra Catholic Mother’s Guild, which is responsible for fundraising for the student scholarship fund.
