Daniel Elias received his undergraduate degree in economics and music from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1982 and graduated from the State University of Buffalo School of Law in 1985. Admitted to the New York State Bar in February of 1986, he has been representing injured people ever since. He has been a featured lecturer at the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute and Westchester County Bar Association on the subject of Workers’ Compensation. Barry was selected to serve in the prestigious position of federal law clerk to the late Hon. Richard A. Enslen, formerly Chief Judge for the Western District of Michigan, Southern division. Mr. Strutt honed his skills as an appeals court litigator by being selected as one of eight attorneys to represent indigent clients at the Office of the Appellate Defender. Barry is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York and Michigan as well as in the United States Supreme Court. Appeals courts frequently overturn plaintiff verdicts.
