Mindy Ellen Wheeler is a proud Wichita native, and a graduate of Wichita East High School and Wichita State University. Before deciding to go to law school, Ms. Wheeler worked in the Wichita banking industry for nearly a decade. Thereafter, she returned to Wichita State University and received her bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy.  In 2012, she returned home to Wichita after graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law and worked for three years as a legal assistant in a family law practice. In the summer of 2015, while awaiting the results of the Kansas Bar Exam, she began working with attorney Jack Peggs. After learning that she had passed the exam and would be admitted to practice law in Kansas, she and Mr. Peggs decided to form a partnership, combining his vast legal knowledge and many years of law practice experience with her education, experience and energy. She is excited to be a part of this new firm and ready to help her clients with a variety of legal issues.

Kimberly assists clients with divorce, legal separation, child custody, child or spousal support cases and a variety of post-divorce matters.  She is experienced with financial issues such as high asset divisions, business valuations, and formulating spousal maintenance terms.. Kimberly is also devoted to assisting clients with issues regarding their children such as formulating custody and parenting time schedules and calculating child support modifications.  Her practice involves helping clients to resolve contested matters involving premarital or postnuptial agreements and all necessary trial work.

Jessica M. Fiegel is an associate attorney with Stinson, Lasswell & Wilson, L.C.. Raised in Lawrence, Kansas, and Homer Glen, Illinois, Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, and graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. While attending University of Notre Dame, Jessica completed the Glynn Family Honors Program. As a student at University of Kansas School of Law, Jessica was honored with the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, as well as the W. Ross Hutton Legal Aid Award. While attending University of Kansas School of Law, Jessica was a member of the Women in Law organization and a student representative on the Academic Affairs Committee. She has also received the Trial Advocacy Certificate.. Jessica is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and the Wichita Bar Association. As a member of the Wichita Bar Association, Jessica serves as a board member for the Young Lawyers Section, is currently the Family Law Committee Co-Chair, and is the Law School Outreach Coordinator for the Wichita Women Attorneys Association.. Jessica completed the 2017 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Introductory Seminar for Family Law Associates and the 2018 AAML Advanced Seminar for Family Law Associates. She is licensed to practice law in the Kansas District Courts and the United States District Court - District of Kansas. Jessica’s practice is very diverse, with a strong emphasis in family law.

Haley Sharp grew up in Southwest Kansas and is excited about making Wichita her new home. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University in Justice Studies along with a minor degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.. After law school, Haley returned to Southwest Kansas where she represented clients in many surrounding counties and handled a variety of cases including guardian ad litem appointments in both child in need of care and guardianship cases, limited civil, traffic, misdemeanors, probate and estate planning. She also represented private individuals in protection from abuse and protection from stalking cases and provided counsel to victims of abuse through Liberal Area Rape Crisis and Domestic Violence Services. Most recently, she has focused her practice in family law. She has gained invaluable experience during her time practicing in Southwest Kansas and is looking forward to carrying that experience into her practice in Wichita.. Haley was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2020 and the Oklahoma Bar in 2021. She joined Penner Lowe Law Group in March 2023. When she is not in the office, Haley enjoys cooking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.

Candice Y. Farha, Associate Attorney at the Penner Lowe Law Group, received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Kansas in Strategic Communications and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Washburn University School of Law. Following law school, Ms. Farha worked as a staff attorney for legal aid, representing indigent and elderly clients with family law needs. During that time, Ms. Farha developed a knack for protection from abuse and stalking cases. Ms. Farha also served as a public defender, representing clients in traffic, misdemeanor, felony, and care & treatment cases. Ms. Farha then began practicing employment law and data privacy & cyber-security law at one of the country’s largest firms. There, she handled cases involving employment litigation, general liability, medical malpractice, workers compensation, and personal injury. Ms. Farha also was part of the top-ranked cyber-security breach response team in the nation and coached clients through the panic of a data breach. Ms. Farha joined Penner Lowe Law Group in March 2020 and practices in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Employment Law, Data Privacy and Juvenile Law. Ms. Farha is tri-lingual, speaking both Arabic and French fluently. Having grown up overseas in Lebanon, she has a unique perspective on issues and a distinctive approach to resolving conflict. Ms. Farha and her husband are active in the Wichita legal community. When she is not working, Ms. Farha enjoys painting, listening to music, solving puzzles, trying new foods, and socializing with friends.
