I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and my juris doctor from Washburn University School of Law.. I am a general civil litigation practitioner with a focus on insurance defense litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, and personal injury and product liability litigation.. In 2019, I was selected as one of Wichita’s “Emerging Leaders” by the Wichita Business Journal. I currently serves as the Vice President for the Young Lawyers Section of the Wichita Bar Association.

Brad is admitted to practice in Kansas state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. In 2008, he successfully completed the highly regarded IADC Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, a program for developing defense trial advocacy skills.. He is a member of the Wichita, Kansas and American Bar associations, the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel (KADC), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and is a Fellow of the Kansas Bar Association (KBA).. In the community, Brad is active in his church and has spent 14 years volunteering with StepStone, Inc., a program to help women and children who have been victims of domestic abuse.  In connection with his efforts with StepStone, Brad received the Champions of Respect Award in 2009.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dear Neighbor Minsitries and for StepStone.. Brad received his B.A. in international relations from Knox College and his J.D., with honors, from University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Michael Malone of the Douglas County District Court. Brad joined Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, L.L.P. in 2001.. Brad was raised in Parson, Kansas.  He currently lives in Wichita, where he and his wife, Shalom, devote considerable time to the raising of their three young children, Adele, Madeline and Truman.
