My father has practiced personal injury law for half a century, helping
thousands of individuals.  In 1996, I joined him in his practice after
working for a larger firm for four years.  Many of the clients we
represent cannot afford an attorney, and there is nothing better than
helping a family recover what they have lost, especially if it is from
a large corporation which was clearly in the wrong.Helping
people is what our firm does.  Whether it's recovering money to help
make life easier, getting justice for someone when the criminal system
doesn't work, or simply getting a refund for someone on a vehicle which
is a lemon, I enjoy helping people.  We recently tried a case for a
family whose daughter was tragically killed in an automobile
collision.  The defendant didn't have enough insurance, and the family
wasn't concerned about money.  They simply wanted justice.  They had
lost their daughter forever, and this young man was going to move on
with his life without any form of punishment for his wrongful conduct. 
The family asked us to pursue the case through trial so that at the
very least there would be a judgment on his record.  That's what we
did.  We tried the case to a jury and won.  The family was grateful
that we took on this challenge when other attorneys turned them down
simply because there was not enough money in it.  When we have clients
thank us for helping them, we are rewarded in a way that you really
cannot describe.. PersonalI spend most of my spare time with my wife
and three children.  Much of that time involves little league sports. 
I am an avid jogger, and I attempt to play golf and tennis.. Frank Buck has been successfully representing people in Alabama for over 50 years. Frank came to Alabama to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He met his wife, Marti, while in law school. She was a student at Samford. Frank and Marti have been married for thirty seven years and have three daughters, Rachel, Ashley and Kerri.  Rachel followed in her father’s footsteps and became a lawyer. Ashley is currently in law school and Kerri is a nurse practitioner.. Frank clerked for the late Judge Ingram Beasley while in law school. Frank graduated from Cumberland School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1975. Fresh out of law school, Frank decided to open his own practice and become a criminal defense lawyer. After a few years of criminal work, Frank’s passion for sports led him to become a sports agent. Finally, Frank decided to begin his career handling personal injury cases and found his niche. He loves helping injured people and has a deep passion for his work. He has handled over 11,000 car wreck and other personal injury cases to resolution.

C. Vance McBrayer, Jr. is a 2003 graduate from Huntingdon College with a degree in Public Affairs, a combination of Political Science, History, and Philosophy.  In 2007 he received his Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law.. Since law school, Vance has had the opportunity to practice in many areas of the law, including litigation, family law, estate planning, criminal law, and creditor law.  Vance got his start in accident and personal injury law first as an attorney and later as the Chief Operating Officer of a personal injury firm.. Vance started the McBrayer Law Firm to focus on and to better serve the needs of clients.  Working hand-in-hand with Vine Ministry, the McBrayer Law Firm is also able to make an impact in the community while making an impact in the lives of clients.
