Thereafter, Mr. Kaser attended Marquette University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating from Marquette University, Mr. Kaser pursued his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University School of Law.. In addition to his practice, Mr. Kaser is a Gloucester County Civil Trial Case Arbitrator and a New Jersey certified Foreclosure Mediator. Mr. Kaser has been an instructor for the American Institute of Banking and is an Adjunct Professor for Rowan College, teaching the American Bar Association approved paralegal program.. Jeffrey V. Puff was born and raised in Woodbury, New Jersey.  He graduated from Bucknell University in 1975, and from the Nation's oldest law school, Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, in 1978.. After graduating from law school, Mr. Puff returned to his hometown and opened a solo practice, which is now the law firm of Puff & Cockerill L.L.C.  Puff & Cockerill is a full service law firm, representing local businesses and clientele as diverse as Mr. Puff's former second grade teacher to a Super Bowl quarterback.  The firm has grown from a single attorney and one secretary to 26 full and part-time employees, including 8 attorneys..
