I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and during my youth, worked at both Caesars Palace and the Sahara Hotels.  While attending Valley High School in Las Vegas, I met Bonnie Braiker-Gordon, who in 1975 became my wife.  We attended college together in Los Angeles and then attended law school together in San Diego.. I have always been a fan of all forms of music and for a short time, played guitar in a rock & roll band.  I have never retired my guitars, and playing music to this day is about the greatest form of relaxation I have experienced..
