Managing attorney Michael Starosto was born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina. He pursued his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech with a degree in Public Policy and went on to graduate from the Emory University School of Law. Upon graduation, Michael began working as a prosecutor and quickly gained a reputation as a strong litigator. Michael has taught classes on a wide range of legal issues and criminal procedure. I made a lot of poor choices when I was younger.  While I probably had more run-ins with the police and other authority figures between the ages of 13 and 22 than many people have throughout their lives, I was fortunate that I was never charged with anything more than minor traffic offenses.  In hindsight, I see how my life could have been derailed if things had gone a little differently for me.  My mission is to protect the futures of our younger generation from their mistakes so that they can achieve their full potential.

I have been practicing criminal defense in the Greater Atlanta area for over 21 years.  I provide a dedicated, experienced and aggressive defense for my clients.  I served in the United States Air Force and in the United States Army where I achieved the rank of Captain. I have been a licensed Private Investigator in Georgia for over 20 years. I am very familiar with the court procedures and personnel in the Greater Atlanta and North Georgia areas.
