As a solo practitioner with exclusive responsibility over hundreds of case files, each of which is of critical importance to each respective client and their families, I take my physical and mental health very seriously — I make every effort to eat healthfully and engage in physical exercise.  Unlike most offices, I do not "hand" your case off to a junior associate or paralegal.  I remain your point person throughout the process.  In addition, I am unaware of any other firm that handles bankruptcy cases in each of three major federal jurisdictions within Pennsylvania (divided into "Districts" known as Western, Middle and Eastern).  Doing so keeps me up to date on developments across the state, allowing me to better serve my clients.. Regarding languages, we do have a native Spanish speaker on staff.  My Spanish is a work in progress.
