Ann grew up outside of Houston in Seabrook, Texas.  She graduated with honors from Texas A&M University before earning her Doctor of Jurisprudence at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.. She is an active member of the State Bars of Texas and California, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
