I am orignially from Fairbanks, AK, a blue collar town in the middle of nowhere. Growing up in an atmosphere like Fairbanks contributed alot to the person that I am today. It instilled in me a strong work ethic, even in highschool if you weren't working 60 hrs a week during the summer time then your friends would joke that you had an easy job, that carries over to my practice today. I was licensed to practice law in OKlahoma in 2007 and immediately began working as an Assisstant Attorney General for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. I worked for the Nation for approximately 1 1/2 years before leavine to open up my own firm in 2008.. I have tried over a dozen jury trials, in both state and federal court, from misdemeanor assault and battery cases to a death penalty case. I am constantly trying to improve my trial skills by attending various seminars (e.g. Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College Death Penalty Course, Colorado Method of Voir Dire in Boulder colorado as well as the Pat Williams Criminal Defense Institute)..
