Mike is a northwest native and business advisor and attorney with Equinox Business Law Group who helps businesses by using his 15 years of experience operating local businesses and consulting to help clients grow and make smart decisions.. Mike has been general counsel and well as a manger of several businesses. He has also worked as a consultant helping businesses streamline their sales and operational process as well as provide legal advice so they can make informed business decisions.  Mike cofounded a company in the home improvement space that grew from 0 to $6 million dollars in revenue is 2 years. Mike was also the COO and legal counsel for a startup in the renewable energy sector. Mike set up operations, and oversaw the engineering and sales teams for the company. He was also instrumental in fundraising and navigating the various state and federal regulations applicable to their energy products.  Mike’s experience as a business operator, entrepreneur, and business lawyer enables him to walk in the client’s shoes, understand a client’s needs and goals and craft practical solutions that make sense for the business.
