Demo is an active member within his local community having coached AYSO soccer for six seasons, and serves as President of St. Basil's Greek Orthodox Church in San Juan Capistrano.  Demo also serves as a director of the National Hellenic Society, and is a member of Leadership 100.  He lives in South Orange County with his wife and his three children. Michaël was born and raised in France, graduated summa cum laude from undergraduate school, and earned his law degree from the University of Southern California.. Before founding CrossCourt Law, Michaël worked at several leading legal institutions including the global law firm of K&L Gates LLP. Michaël has been admitted to practice before all California state trial courts as well as the Federal Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, and also before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.. Since 2004, Michaël has been teaching courses at the University of California, Irvine, focusing on Contracts and Employment Law. Lea Bailes graduated from Baylor University Law School, cum laude, in 2006.  Bailes was then licensed to practice in Missouri in 2006 and Kansas in 2007.  Previously, Bailes graduated from Baylor University, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration major in Accounting.. I earned my Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri -- Kansas City. While attending law school I was actively involved in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Appellate Advocacy Competition, Mock Trial Competition, and also attained the Dean’s List for academic achievement. After attending Law School, I had the opportunity to return to the Springfield area. During my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, traveling to historic baseball parks across the nation, and reading.
