I have handled a variety of complex cases including but not limited to, citizenship, adjustment of status, extreme hardship waivers and removal defense before immigration court. I also have significant experience representing minors in state court for guardianship or custody petitions as they relate to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. I previously worked as staff attorney with the nationally recognized non-profit organization, Kids in Need of Defense, KIND. Although I am now in private practice, I continue to support KIND’s efforts as a volunteer pro-bono attorney defending immigrant youth.. Attorney Daniel Clasen was born and raised in Brasil. At the age of 15, he was accepted to attend the prestigious Law School at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He graduated in 2016, at 21 years old. He was admitted to practice law in Brazil, and after a few years working there he decided to move to the United States.
