Mr. Marriner's practice is devoted to the defense of claims for professional malpractice and civil litigation. He represents individual health care providers and medical groups in a wide variety of medical specialties in professional malpractice claims.  Mr. Marriner has litigated cases in Maryland, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit .
