Tommy Hastings is the founder and principal of Hastings Law Firm, Medical Malpractice Lawyers.  He was born and raised in rural Missouri where he learned the values of honest, hard-working people.  He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri before coming to Texas.  He attended the University of Houston Law Center where he graduated with honors.. Tom Jacob graduated first in his class from Baylor Law School, was editor-in-chief of the Baylor Law Review and named top advocate in the Top Gun competition. Tom clerked for on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating from law school. I represent injured people.  That's all I do, and all I've done since 1983.  In that time, I've had the honor to speak for well over 1,000 victims of others' negligence, mainly from King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, but from all over Western Washington, and from Eastern Washington as well.  I've also appeared in the courts of Oregon, Idaho and California.. While most injury cases settle out of court,  I've tried over one hundred cases to conclusion, mainly in Seattle, Tacoma and Everett, but also in Spokane, Yakima, Tri-Cities, and San Diego.. Nobody wants a "good" injury claim;  that means you've suffered a bad injury.   On the other hand, if you are seriously hurt, you need experienced, competent representation.. David Norman graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in May of 2008, graduating within the top 5% of his class. He became a licensed attorney in Washington in October of the same year.  He served as a Research and Technical Editor on the school's Law Review journal and was on the Dean's list from 2006-08.  He also served as an extern in 2008 for the Honorable Judge Marsha Pechman, at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington..
