I was born in San Antonio, TX, where I spent the first decade of my life. A change in employment for my father meant a move to South America. There I spent five years living in Venezuela before returning to the great state of Texas, where I have resided ever since. My time in South America allowed me to experience an entirely different culture and gave me the opportunity to become fluent in Spanish, a valuable asset in my current practice.. After graduating from high school in Dallas, I attended Texas Tech University where I received a BBA in International Business from the Rawls College of Business. During that time, I also studied abroad in Spain, where I was able to complete a minor in Spanish. Before continuing my education, I moved to Vail, Colorado where I worked as a ski patroller at the Beaver Creek Resort for two seasons. Later, I attended law school in Fort Worth, earning my Juris Doctor from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now the Texas A&M University School of Law).. I joined Bailey & Galyen in 2013 to work in its Workers' Compensation department protecting the rights of Texas workers.

Rachael was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada where she attended high school at one of Canada’s premier preparatory schools, Ashbury College. For her college education, Rachael wanted to experience life in a bigger city and moved to Toronto. There she attended the University of Toronto, a worldwide top ranked college, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in American Studies and Human Geography. After spending 21 years in Canada, Rachael wanted to start her life in a warmer climate and so chose to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, graduating with a Juris Doctorate. During law school she was a member of the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.. Rachael is passionate about travelling the world, and has had the pleasure of spending time in over 60 different cities across the globe. Some of the most interesting destination points have included those in the Baltics, Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia. In her free time Rachael enjoys leisure golf and tennis, and enjoys hiking the beautiful trails that Texas has to offer.. Craig Karl Allen was born in Prosser, WA and is the middle of three children. His parents moved to Warden Washington when the Corp of Engineers built the East Low Canal bringing irrigation to the Columbia Basin.. Craig began working since the age of five, weeding sugar beets on his family farm. Most of his youth was spent tending the potatoes, wheat, peas and alfalfa crops; also raising cattle. Craig estimates he has spent over 5,000 hours on a tractors and other farm related equipment.. He graduated from Warden High School and attended CBCC on a football scholarship. His sophomore year he transferred to Western Washington University where he graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Ethic Studies. While at Western he always worked concurrently; jobs included: “Guy Friday” at Sudden Valley Golf Course, building grain elevators, installing climate control systems for produce storage sheds, bartending, and installing irrigation systems for large commercial farms.. Craig received his law degree from UPS School of Law (now Seattle University) in 1981. He returned to Bellingham, opening his solo practice for four years before joining the Law Firm of McCush, Kingsbury, O’Conner, Ludwigson, Thompson and Hayes. In 1988 he joined forces with the Washington Attorney General office representing the Department of Labor and Industries which inspired him in 1996 to form his current firm. Approximately six years later my family moved to Bellingham and I continued working as a Deputy Prosecutor for the Whatcom County Prosecutor’s Office. In 2006, I opened my own office and have practiced criminal defense ever since. In 2016, I got the opportunity to come to work at Maxwell & Webb, PLLC. I currently represent injured workers, personal injury clients and continue to represent people accused of criminal offenses. Brian grew up in the greater Seattle area and worked various jobs in the construction industry until he returned to school, earning degrees in Japanese Studies and Political Science from the University of Washington.
