Bruce McKenna has over 34 years of legal experience representing a diverse client base in many areas of disputes. Bruce’s practice is primarily devoted to insurance defense in the context of professional errors and omissions, director’s and officer’s liability, construction defect, commercial general liability claims, employment discrimination, and complex commercial litigation, including class action defense. Jonathan was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Jonathan received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2012, cum laude. He received his B.S. in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 2008.  He was admitted to practice at the Arkansas Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Western District of Oklahoma in 2012.

He has helped many providers obtain their Oklahoma Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) and Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) designation.. Mr. Ervin has represented clients in litigation in state and federal courts. Recently, he was part of the trial team that successfully represented a subcontractor in a 5-week trial in Arkansas state court in a complex construction and engineering contract dispute involving a near-billion dollar ammonia plant expansion. Mr. Ervin has also successfully represented a telecommunications client in federal litigation against one of the largest telecommunications service companies in the United States. He has also achieved favorable results for clients in breach of contract, property, personal injury, and insurance litigation.. Mr. Ervin graduated with highest honor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2017. He graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
