Brendan graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law, obtained a M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship, and has B.S. in Business Administration from Buffalo State College.  Brendan is admitted to the bar in New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the Erie County Bar Association.

Richard Wiorkowski is an associate attorney in the Corporate & Business Law Department, as well as the Estate Planning Department at Tiveron Law.. Mr. Wiorkowski obtained his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science / Pre-Law from West Virginia University. Richard has been admitted to Practice Law in New York State.. Prior to joining Tiveron Law, PLLC, Mr. Wiorkowski worked for Goldman Sachs Ayco and Ernst & Young, focusing on complex financial matters relating to Gift and Trust Tax Law.
