I focus my practice on representing businesses and individuals in a variety of complex and general commercial matters, including real estate litigation and transactions, business litigation, appellate litigation, and creditor’s rights. I graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, receiving numerous academic awards and earning a class rank of 2 out of 302 graduates. While in law school, I served as research assistant to Professor Olympia Duhart; was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Nova Trial Association, and Jewish Student Lawyer Association; and competed in various moot court and trial advocacy competitions, including as advocate and brief writer in the prestigious Jerome Prince Memorial Competition at Brooklyn Law School.

My practice is primarlily in the corporate, real estate and estate planning areas.  I represent small to medium sized businesses and individuals in a variety of transactions, incllduing complex real estate acquisitions, dispostiotns, development and financing.  I have been involved in large scale commerical and residential real estate development, hotel acquistions and financing.

I was born, raised and went to college in the Bay Area. I earned my undergraduate business management degree from Menlo College in Atherton, California. The summer following graduation from Menlo College, I spent the summer on the East Coast volunteering for a non-profit organization dedicated to helping families affected by children with cancer called Time for Life. Following that summer, I attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, from which I earned my law degree in 2005.. While in law school, I served as a law clerk for an insurance defense firm, Mordini & Schwartz,  judicial extern for the Bankruptcy court for the Northern District of California, a real estate analyst for American Express Tax and Business Services, and student editor of the Loyola University Chicago Consumer Law Review. These experiences exposed me to litigation, bankruptcy issues and commercial retail leases.. Following law school, I took and passed the Illinois bar. In September of 2005, I moved to Las Vegas to accept a position as an attorney in the Business Department of Lionel Sawyer & Collins. I have been here ever since.. I enjoy representing clients in business transactions. I work hard to be efficient and responsive, raise the legal issues in a deal and step out of the way to allow the clients to make their business decisions.

I am the founding member of The Bunker Law Group, PLLC. I performed my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah on an academic scholarship. I then  graduated with a B.A. in International Politics and attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where I was awarded a J.D. While attending Loyola Law School, I was a Scott Moot Court competitor and a Research Editor on the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review. I also spent time as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marjorie S. Steinberg of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.. Since graduating from law school, I have worked in a variety of civil litigation and transactional areas while in Nevada, including: personal injury; premises liability; products liability; construction defect; business litigation; intellectual property; business formation; surety defense; and professional liability. I have also served as in-house counsel for several publicly traded companies located in Nevada, including internet based retailers and advertising/marketing companies. As in-house counsel at these companies, I was instrumental in the negotiation and drafting of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, mergers and acquisitions, development of the corporate website, and oversight of compliance by independent contractors.. I am also a veteran trial attorney and have represented clients in both state and federal courts in Nevada. I am licensed in the state of Nevada and also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.. It is my desire to help start-up and current small businesses succeed by offering them affordable legal resources, including in-house counsel services. I offer a variety of flat-fee and subscription type services that eliminate the billable hour and offer significant value to my clients.

Rowland has practiced law in Southern Utah since 2007. Prior to relocating to St. George, he practiced in Eastern Michigan. Rowland has handled a variety of legal matters for clients in the following areas of law: estate planning, business organization, divorce, adoption, personal injury, contract disputes, real estate matters, and Michigan workers compensation.. After graduating from law school, Rowland worked for Chief Judge Thomas Eveland in the 56th Circuit Court for Eaton County, Michigan. As a court of general Jurisdiction, Rowland reviewed all criminal and civil pleadings filed with the court and prepared memorandums for Judge Eveland on all pending motions.. In Law School, Rowland interned at the Sixty Plus Elder Law Clinic. The clients of this clinic were residence of Ingham, Clinton, or Eaton County over the age of 60. Rowland’s primary focus was estate planning and guardianship reviews for the Eaton County Probate Court. Rowland was also a member of the Governing Counsel of the State Bar of Michigan, Law School Section throughout law school.. Rowland is an active volunteer in the community. He has participated with the Talk to a Lawyer program through the Southern Utah Legal Aid. He is also on the Human Rights Committees for two local organizations who provide services for disabled adults. Rowland is a soccer fan and currently volunteers with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) as a Coach, a Referee, and as a Regional Board member. As an Eagle Scout, Rowland has held many positions with his local BSA troops and is currently a Cubmaster. Rowland is married with three soccer-playing children.
