He represented business and individual clients in general corporate and commercial matters, estate and business succession planning, real estate purchases, sales and leasing, wills, trusts, probate, elder law, purchases and sales of businesses, formation and administration of corporations, partnerships, LLC’s, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, formation of family foundations, not-for-profit entities and medical practices..
