Raised in Billings, Montana, Troy is a fourth-generation Montanan. He attended Billings West High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Montana College. Upon graduating, he moved to Seattle, where he worked for a Fortune 200 company, applying his business skills and acumen. After many years in the Pacific Northwest, Troy decided to expand upon his education and pursue a career in the law, with the intent of returning to Montana..
